When you book a meeting with us, our assistant Lamora can text you a confirmation with a short intro video, reminders 24 hours, 30 minutes and 10 minutes before your meeting, and a question asking if you can still attend so we can reschedule if needed. We never send marketing texts and never sell or share your number.

When booking with our team: during a call or meeting, our team asks if you agree to get appointment texts, reads you the same terms above, and checks an unchecked opt-in box on our booking form only if you say yes.
